I came to this Green + Ross location because the company's website indicated that this was the only location that had the required tires in stock. As it turned out, there was something wrong with the inventory system and the tires were not there. Matin pulled out the stops to try to locate 4 tires for me ... when no one seemed to have the brand and size I requested, he found a similar brand at one of his suppliers and dispatched his worker to pick up the tires so that I wouldn't have to come back another day. The whole process took a while, but the four tires were installed, balanced and aligned. I appreciated receiving a copy of the alignment report showing the difference before and after alignment ... and the car seems to drive better. This was a good experience.
