I am very happy and thankful that I met Mr. Lorenzo. I had a problem with my car for a very long time and I took it to many people. They all told me something different and took my money. It was all a waste of time and money. From now on, I will only go to Mr. Lorenzo because of his kind, understanding,trustworthy personality and high level of expertise. I recommend Mr. Lorenzo to everyone. I will never forget your help Mr. Lorenzo.

Had my transmission rebuilt here on Monday on my van. They were very professional, communicated well, everything went smoothly and quickly. Can't say enough of good things about this place! They deserve 10 stars not 5. Highly recommend!

My experience; no specific parts-parts #s- just a generic list of parts on receipt. Deny, deflect, deny some more. Every test drive -its this or it's that, it's not the work we did, it's something else. I've spoken with enough mechanics about the problem; every one of them state that the symptoms my vehicle has is almost definitely caused by the transmission. Even reputable YouTube transmission channels state that what my vehicle is doing is probably the transmission.
Maybe I should take it to a different transmission shop to see if the parts they said they put in were really put in.
