Absolute garbage. They replaced the rear brakes on a used car that we were purchasing but within 5 minutes of driving away we could tell something was very wrong. There was a significant burning smell and the wheel well got incredibly hot. Turns out something to do with the e-brake wasn't seated properly. 'Luckily' we had to take the car back to them to do the front brakes which the dealership 'forgot' they said they would have done as a requirement for the sale.<br>This time Tennyson fixed the issue with the e-brake but as we drove away there was a very loud scraping sound. We took it to a different garage where they quickly assessed the shoddy work and had it fixed in less than an hour.<br>Both problems would have been impossible to miss before the mechanic would have finished their work. 2 out of 2 issues became worse when Tennyson got involved.
