THESE GUYS ARE NOT SCARY AND REALLY KIND!! Legit. They literally helped us with our lug nuts and buffed out the headlights just to help us out all for free because we were in a jam! Super friendly, and so willing to lend a helping hand.

Greedy mechanic, dishonest. Bullied my wife into paying for a diagnosis he said he would do for free just because it “took much longer than expected” he didn’t call any of us to mention that before he did the additional work which was just diagnostics that were supposed to be free, no actual work was done. Not only that but he didn’t even answer the phone when we called him throughout the day for updates since he said it would only take a couple hours so he held our car for a long time and was unable to get a hold of even after many calls. He basically took the car apart and put it back together to tell us what we already knew was wrong with it from another dealership. Also the initial estimate he gave us tripled because he didn’t do his due diligence and assumed it was an easy fix but said due to the location it will cost more in this specific car. Something he should’ve told us in the initial estimate had he just looked it up before guessing over a thousand dollars less than the actual repair price which is outrageous.<br><br>I’m going to pick up a whole new full shift at work just to cover that 90 something dollars this sleazy mechanic took. The reason it’s 2 stars instead of 1 is because in the past he was really good and affordable, now taking advantage of vulnerable people with disabilities.
