This guy is fantastic! The job was a lot longer than he expected but never asked to renegotiate the deal we made. The parts place even messed up his order and he had to drive around to get the proper parts.<br><br>All I gotta say is he does what he says he’s going to do and does a great job at it. My brakes are running smooth and with 0 sound.<br><br>Thanks again for trekking all the way up to Nanaimo!
I would never get this guy to help you he is a complete ripoff he doesn't do proper checks just trys to charge you for parts your car doesn't need. i had to take it to another micanic after spending thousands of dollars with this guy and waiting over a month to get my car fixed and at the end the check engine light was still on and my car was not working properly at all. turns out the first part he installed was melted he said it was under warranty and I could get my money back if I had the part. so I got the other micanic to save it for me . I contacted him and he acted like it was going to keep his word and give me a refund but that never happened .I had to remind him for weeks and my messages were ignored he only answered when I told him I was going to give him a bad Google review . but never sent me my money back or attempted to pick up the part to return it. im so happy I listened to my gut and went with another micanic because this guy was trying to just change me for new part every time he looked at the car.Turns out the sensor probably only needed cleaning not replacing and I highly doubt now that I even needed the fule pump aswell. I had to pay alot of money and miss out on work because I thought I could trust this guy. I was very wrong don't be like me and save your self the time and money and get someone else to help you
Called to discuss safety limits on patch repairing a nail in a tyre (e.g. minimum of 1 inch from sidewall / max. size of hole). Phone manner was dismissive and obtuse, refused to answer basic questions. On that alone I would not trust this business and would not recommend.
He was extremely nice and on time. He was very efficient and accommodating. I would definitely recommend.
