Prancing Horse Autobody & Paint

I had an excellent experience with Prancing Horse Body Shop from start to finish.

Allie, the manager, and Catherine at the front desk were both outstanding to deal with. They were friendly, professional, and made the entire experience feel very personal. They kept me updated throughout the repair process, so I always knew exactly what was happening with my Mercedes.

The team was also extremely knowledgeable about the ICBC claims process, which made everything seamless and stress-free. They handled the process with confidence and were always able to answer my questions, making the entire experience much easier than I expected.

When I picked up my car, I was incredibly impressed. The repairs were completed to a very high standard, and my Mercedes looked absolutely spotless inside and out. Thank you to Eli, Catherine, and the entire team for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one!

A very painless experience. Thank you to Everyone at the office and shop! Very pleased.

Absolutely amazing! Prancing Horse goes above and beyond expectations. I’ve used them more than once and they are professional, courteous and fast! I highly recommend them without hesitation.

I am very pleased with the courteous service I received when my vehicle was repaired after a collision. I was kept informed at all stages of the process and provided with an itemized invoice of labour and materials. The body work and paint on my repaired vehicle is like new! When I picked up the car, they gave me some touch-up paint for any minor blemishes in the future. Prancing Horse also liaised with ICBC, my private insurance company and local car rental company for a courtesy car while my car was being repaired. I recommend Prancing Horse Autobody & Paint highly.

Exceptional service. Good communication. My paint job looks great.
