Incredibly helpful with the mice and/or rat infestation in my car and it's air conditioning unit. Kind and professional.
These guys. Quality job, friendly and fair! Im happy I found this place. 100% recommended
I have no idea how this place has so many 5 stars after my experience. I had Jeff no show on me twice for appts at the shop. I'm almost 9 months pregnant and drove in from North Saanich for these appointments. The first no show was a Friday; he said his phone was stolen and then he got it back after a few hours and called me. He promised an appt that Monday and I let him know I really needed the job done as I'm pregnant and expecting a baby any day. I showed up on time for the appt and there was literally no one there again. He said he was away on a mobile job and not expecting to get back for an hour. Gave his excuses as his brother needing to go to the hospital. Okay, sure. But you have a business to run. Communicate with your customers. He had my phone number. He could have texted me.
Completely unacceptable behaviour. No communication, no other employees to take over?? He did not follow up to offer any apologies or fixes although he said he would. I sent a text with no reply. I'm sure he'll spend the time replying to this review though.
Would never recommend this place.
Unreal job on our 4runner, it was in rough shape and these guys went the extra mile to get it back into top top shape.
