Excellent service, Thanks Sam! Best place to take your BMW

Had a problem with a fuel system. Kept my car for 2 days.When they called me back to let me know the fixing price , I asked , are you sure this is the problem?They said yes.Charged me 1260 dollars and I still got a broken car. When I called them and asked if you would diagnose for free Sam or whoever said no. So don’t recommend this service at all, if you going there it’s the same thing you would throw money in the garbage.

I have been bringing my vehicles here for years and have always had excellent service. The owners and staff treat my vehicles like they are their own. They give reasonable advice about what to do and are more than fair in their pricing. They know BMWs and have seen and fixed many of the same issues before. They have always worked hard to find good and affordable parts and take special care when they know I’m going on longer trips. I am so grateful for them and highly recommend the whole team!

I recently moved to the island and was concerned about finding a quality independent bmw shop, I heard about R&W through some acquaintances and have used them a few times now for small and big jobs and I am very satisfied with the customer service and quality of work perfomed by the mechanics. If you need any work done to your bmw I cannot recommend them more, great shop!
