I love this shop - as a women i feel some shops try and pull fast ones on you. I had a shop saying i needed new brakes and when i took to SuperTech they said that they still had life. I took in for a tune up and they said my spark plugs didn’t need replacing yet and game them a clean. I feel confident that they are honest and don’t upsale. Shout up to Rick - thanks for letting me know what will have to be done in the future so i can plan for it.
Nitro new Walker muffler & pipe welded on. Done within scope of work/time mentioned. Basic customer service of acknowledgement @ arrival & a thanks at conclusion is increasingly rare today so much appreciated.

My car battery unexpectedly died while I was visiting Victoria, and I randomly walked in, hoping for help. The shop had already closed but I found a gentleman working on a car in the garage. And even though he had no obligation whatsoever to help a random stranger who wandered in, off hours, he took the time out of his day to walk across the street to my car to give me a boost, as well as share some helpful tips. That kind of genuine kindness is rare these days and I think it says a lot about the character of the people who work here. It’s clear that this shop cares about the community. Thank you so much again for your help. It really made my day!
