Very friendly and experienced did a great job

Unfortunately I didn’t have a great experience and won’t be back had the finance guy suggest I commit fraud by signing my wife’s name on a Tod and I didn’t even get half way home and truck was throwing codes and sputtering as the codes that came up were stuff that was fixed on it prior to me buying it I don’t have confidence in the shop to make it right friendly front staff but never again! Update, after a week of ownership this truck has been in multiple shops there are bushings and bearings that are shot that kinda thing doesn’t just happen there are things on this vehicle that should not have passed safety I strongly recommend buy new or buy used from somewhere else I also forgot the red spatter on the headliner that looked like blood came out very easy so clearly the detail shop is lacking as well

My Brother was stranded in Virden and the Service team were excellent and sent someone out right away to give him a boost. Mainline Virden has some outstanding people working here.

Great communication and wonderful customer service. They made buying a new vehicle seamless. I'll continue doing my business there in the future.
