I bought my Jeep and my daughter’s car from Freedom. My son is in the market for a new truck and they would have been our go to. I have also used them for oil changes with no issues until recent. Had my oil changed and tire rotation recently on a Wednesday and noticed a noise by my front tire when driving later that evening. I had my mechanic at work check it and my hubcaps were only fastened back on with one bolt. I contacted the service department on Monday and they were going to come and get it on Thursday to make sure everything else was done properly. Thursday came and went and nothing. I contacted the service department on Friday and was told they are busy and it wasn’t a priority and would get to me when they could. I told the gentleman that I was hesitant to drive it but was told they were busy. The gentleman was rude and told me they would contact me when they had time. I asked if I could just make an appt to get on the books and he stated not<br>for something like this that they would make a note and call me. It is now four days later and still nothing. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. If my family’s business is not important, we will find somewhere else to purchase our vehicles. Very disappointed.
