Virden Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

My daughter and I had an early morning flat at the beginning of a long trip. The staff made a frustrating start into a great experience. We left with smiles.<br>The whole service department went over and above to get us right back on the road. ( the showroom and washroom were imaculate)

Buyer Beware!!!!!<br>My son had purchased a used truck from Virden Chrysler Dodge. He was really excited about this truck as any teenager would be. Unfraternally after only 5 days of having the truck, the engine had blown up and left him stranded on the side of the road right after school. We have CAA and the truck was taken to the closest garage that happened to be in Brandon. As soon as there was an issue with the truck, we called and talked to the General Manager Chris at Vernon Chrysler Dodge. He was very nice and told us that to keep him up date as we didn’t know what was wrong with the truck at the time. We kept Chris update every step of the way and Chris kept on reassuring us that they would make things right with us. We gave them the person who was working on the truck at garage in Brandon, phone number so that they could talk to them and all the information they needed. When we found out that it was the engine, and we had informed Virden Chrysler Dodge with the other garages finding. The work was done to replace the engine, and the final bill and report we emailed to Chris right away. The other garage was hinting around that Virden Chrysler Dodge didn’t fix an engine code properly. Because it wasn’t fixed it caused the engine to over heat and blew the engine. Virden Chrysler Dodge kept on saying to us they would make things right with us but they never did. They said they would call us back and never did anything. Phone calls and emails stopped. After this I would never buy a new or used car from them and wouldn’t use the shop. Hopefully this never happens to another poor teenager who saves up to buy his/her new car or truck.
