Brian is a great mechanic, very knowledgeable. Always found the problems my truck had and fixed it relatively fast. Thank again! Will be going back when problems arise again.
For me terrible. Because they didnt fix the issue I went in for which was a transmission issue. They told me it was a loose heat sheild. When I went back again they said it was an issue with my transmission and poured some stuff in my transmission and told me to drive 200 k and let them lnow if it resolved. No that did not help, I called and heard nothing back. I had to go and get a new transmission at another shop.
my Passat started making a knocking noise on the 400 heading home.No vibration but the faster I went the louder the knocking. Dropped in to Lakeside in Wasaga Beach and spoke with owner, Brian. I explained what happened, he walked over to hus tool crib and grabbed a torque wrench. 4 minutes later, two tires loose he had them all tightened. i asked him what I owed he politely smiled and said “nothing” . I forced him to take some coffee money. I gave him the $$.00 not for what he did but for his knowledge. To me his expertise deserves respect. Thank you kindly. Andy May
