Have being going to Volkswagen Waterloo now for close to 26 years and have purchased 2 vehicles from them. I have always had great service and great interactions with all of the staff. Service is done to perfection and during this past service, I brought my vehicle in to looked to see what was wrong and thought I would have to book another appointment later in the week, but they were able to fix it the same day. Great place with great people.

We loved our experience at VW Waterloo and will be back. Thank you Mike and Jade for taking good care of us.
