Super friendly and professional. My car could not start properly yesterday and I doubted my battery got some problems, so I went to partsource to request a battery test. The service is received immediately upon my arrival even if I do not have any appointment. The front desk associate (sorry I did not catch her name) is super friendly and she did test for my car and gave the report. The overall experience was highly comfortable.
