I can't recommend Glasgow enough! From the moment I booked my windshield replacement, they made the entire process completely stress free. They found me the best price, handled all of the insurance paperwork, and kept me informed every step of the way.

What really impressed me was how much they genuinely cared about their customers. I arrived expecting to wait for about an hour, only to learn that the windshield needed several hours to properly cure. Without hesitation, they gave me a complimentary ride home and even offered to pick me up later to collect my vehicle. I don't live nearby, so that level of customer service truly went above and beyond anything I expected.

As if that wasn't enough, they even took the time to help remove a few dents from my car using one of their tools. They absolutely didn't have to do that, but those small acts of kindness made a huge difference and genuinely made my day.

Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and professional. It's rare to find a business that makes you feel so confident and well taken care of. If you need auto glass work, do yourself a favour and go to Glasgow. They've earned a customer for life!
