Fantastic! Had my windshield replaced through insurance and in my case they covered half of the deductible, so $250 all in. Got a stone chip a few months later and they repaired for free. You would be crazy to go elsewhere!

I had an outstanding experience at Titan Auto Glass on King Street. The customer service was phenomenal right from the start. We were able to walk right in without an appointment, and a representative came out to look at our windshield immediately. They gave us a very honest and reasonable recommendation on how to proceed, clearly explaining why a standard repair might not be successful in our case. To top it off, they had the whole thing fixed 40 minutes faster than they originally quoted! We had previously used a competitor in the region who had comparably poor customer service, so this level of care, speed, and transparency was a breath of fresh air. I am disappointed we didn't go to Titan first, but we are extremely happy we found them now. Highly recommend them for their honesty, efficiency, and top-notch service!
