Excellent service overall.Recently had a problem and had to tow my vehicle to the shop. Derek squeezed it in and because it was a minor fix, there was no charge. Will be coming back regularly.

Derek and his staff are so kind and friendly. Brought my car in for a funny noise and they said it was an easy fix and didn't charge me. Will definitely go back for any issues I have in the future.

Im from wainfleet and I was in waterloo for my granddaughters graduation on friday afternoon. My car started to act up and wasnt running well.
I called them and they offered to look at it.
They pugged their computor and got it running again in 5 min.
They knew i was far from home and i asked how much $$$,they wouldnt accept anything.
That says plenty about their character.

We’ve been going to Derek‘s auto shop for at least 10 years. He’s always trustworthy, reliable, prompt, friendly and does an excellent job. Thanks Derek for all these years of excellent work and taking care of our cars.

Went to Waterloo Autotech based on a friend's recommendation - great service and pricing and super friendly! Everything was well explained, and I got some tips about how to fix some minor things myself. Will definitely come back again!
