A few years ago, a friend recommended me Travis’s shop when I needed lowering springs installed on my Ford Fusion. I wasn’t comfortable dropping the subframe myself, so I wanted someone experienced and trustworthy to handle it. Travis completed the job within a day and offered a very fair price compared to any other automotive repair shops.

Found my go-to mechanic! Trevor just finished up some preventative maintenance on my FJ, including all fluids and a belt replacement. He has a great eye for what needs to be done for safety without trying to upsell you on things you don't need. Professional, trustworthy, and the car runs like a dream.

I found TS Custom Auto through a friend about a month ago. What a refreshing change to find a place that takes the time to explain what is needed, not needed and "we'll just watch it for now" type of service. As the warm weather returned, I needed the a/c fixed (condenser needed to be replaced) but when I returned a month later for a different issue, Travis found that the a/c was not as cold as it should be. After spending a couple of hours searching he found a tiny leak in the a/c tubing that now needs to be replaced, He wanted to know if he had missed something a month ago - and he hadn't but no charges were added today for him to find that new leak and to order the parts. Very friendly, knowledgeable, no up-selling, very reasonably priced. As a senior widow I have learned the hard way, to watch that I'm not being "ripped off" during repairs so I really appreciate Travis' honesty. I wish him all the best in the years to come. He's now my "go-to" guy !!
