Kal Tire

They truly went above and beyond! I experienced an unexpected tire issue while visiting from out of town and stopped in for the first time. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and took a look at my vehicle right away.

The shop itself was spotless and welcoming, with a great selection of coffee and tea available while you wait. To top it all off, they ended up not charging me for the service, which completely made my day.

It's a shame I don't live nearby, because I would absolutely return for any future vehicle needs. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Corey looked after my 17 year old son getting tires installed for the first time on his own. I had intended on meeting my son there but was not able to. My son assured me he was fine, Corey was doing the installation himself and according to my son he was a car guy. From a car family, thank you!

These folks are awesome! I noticed the one tire on my utility trailer had gone flat. I was pretty sure it was the valve as the bead seemed fine and there were no punctures or holes or splits. I took the wheel assembly in. The first person looked at it and took it back to the shop telling me it would be 5 minutes. Within 5 minutes it was fixed. New valve and good to go. The technician even carried it to the car!
The customer service here is fantastic. They are super good at what they do and know what they are doing.
Simply put, I was completely impressed!

Comfortable chairs, nice professional employees, water and coffee if you need. Fixed my lug nut issue very quickly and did a great job. Ahmed and Sarthak are great at there jobs and got great costumer service. Prince also has great costumer service and saved me from buying a $90 dollar water bottle! Give them a raise Kal 😎

I had a great experience at Kal Tire in Waterloo! I got a punctured tire, and after visiting several other shops, I was quoted high repair costs or told I needed to buy a brand-new tire.
I went to Kal Tire just before they were closing, and I'm so glad I did. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The technician quickly inspected the tire, repaired it professionally, and had me back on the road in about 15 minutes.
excellent customer service, i appreciate willingness to help. They saved me a lot of money and stress
