I have had a great experience using Tirecraft (Waterloo location) for alignment and car service needs. They seem to be honest and are very good at explaining the results with you upon completion of inspections, etc. The reports they provide are great. I will be using Tirecraft for future service/maintenance needs.

I took our 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe into Tirecraft Waterloo for an alignment. They aligned the front end and said the rear end alignment bolts would not come free, even with two mechanics using a pry bar so they could not do the rear alignment. That was disappointing, especially when they showed me the rear tires were out of alignment. They indicated the tires would wear unevenly and that the tires should be rotated frequently. I was charged for a full alignment. I took the car home and tried the adjustment bolts and was able to break them all free by myself with a pry bar (I'm age 63). I then took the car to Canadian Tire and got a proper alignment. Very disappointing, the vehicle is only 10 years old and breaking loose tough bolts on a 10 year old car should be mechanics 101 in rust-prone Ontario. I guess the mechanics just didn't want to deal with it that day. I gave them two stars because I have had good service at Waterloo Tirecraft in the past, otherwise it would have been one star.

This auto shop is definitely recommended for several reasons - great service, amazing team that always positive and ready to help, no upselling and honest assessment of the problem at hand. I never had issues with their work and products.
