Terrible experience with customer service today. Workers name I believe is Maria. Went to do a return for something I purchased May 28th as it states on the bottom of receipt returns or exchanges accepted within 90 days. Bought a product that had already been used & was told since I didn’t bring it back the same day I wasn’t able to return it. It was already used & the workers had failed to inspect when it got originally returned by someone else. We had a tragic loss in our family a week later & were unable to bring it back until today July 4. Worker showed no interest on even helping us, her tone was rude & disrespectful. All we wanted was either our money back or store credit for gardening tool but were told we had to swap our product with the exact same thing. Why would I go exchange for another item that probably isn’t even inspected properly. I’d like to be in contact with management about this worker & actually doing a return.
