So, I am bias…no doubt … I am family!

However, what I will say is ; what a complete pleasure it is to take m y cars to Ed for service! His staff, Luanne, Taz and Justyn are the kindest people ever. Seriously, I just love seeing this crew! And, I have every ounce of faith in their advice and guidance towards the well being of my cars.

It was my first time coming. And had to be taken care of ASAP. Other places were so busy, however even though Burkholder was busy, they new I was from out of town and they squeezed me in and got my radiator issue fixed. And the best part, 100% complete transparency, honesty and affordable. They made sure they did what it takes to slap on their 100% approval especially knowing i have a long drive back home. Put it this way, I will go out of my way again to have them take care of my vehicle. It is so hard to trust mechanics. It is really fantastic to know there is one I seriously trust when I come to Welland.
