Great customer service, very friendly and knowledgeable!

Purchased an item from another Partsource location and was trying to return it here. They said that it is an electronic item and so they can’t return it. I told them the store clerk from the other location said I could. They called them, were able to confirm that they told me this and yet they still decided to not take the item which I had purchased the same day and had not opened. That to me is insane and it’s no wonder that this location has such low reviews. The individual talking to me was even being rude near the end of our conversation, ignoring my request for a refund even with all of the evidences I had given that would justify my request.

If you need to go to a parts source, avoid this location. The others should be fine and you’ll receive upstanding customer services. Just not at this location. Very disrespectful and unprofessional in how this store employee handled my situation.
