Love this store

I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at Princess Auto. I went into the store and asked a staff member for assistance, but instead of receiving respectful customer service, I was subjected to racist and discriminatory comments.<br><br>The employee told me that I was not the “right person” to come into the store because I am an immigrant. He also told me to “go back to your country” and made insulting comments about immigrants who do not speak English. He even brought Doug Ford into the conversation and made inappropriate political comments about sending immigrants back to their countries.<br><br>I found this behaviour extremely disrespectful and unacceptable. Customers should be treated with dignity and respect regardless of their background, nationality, or immigration status.<br><br>I hope Princess Auto takes this complaint seriously and investigates the situation. I have no issue with the company as a whole, but this employee’s behaviour made me feel very unwelcome and should not happen to any customer.
