Recently had an insurance claim and ACX was the shop to fix my car. Wonderful experience. Great staff and very professional work done. Highly recommend this place! Thank you for an excellent job done.
Worst customer service experience by Sujan at the location. I dealt with them for my insurance claim and they did not do thorough inspection of my vehicle and sent estimate to the insurance company.
Upon receiving the vehicle back I got issues with the brakes on the day of delivery and car was vibrating if I put the brakes on. I called them onnthe same day and was adviswd to come next day to get it inspected. This happened only after the accident.
This guy Sujan who has been really rude throughout the process. I am explaining that this happened only after the accident as I got rear ended and this guy is like you are wasting my time. Once they get their money from insurance company then these people dont care about the clients.
I am so disappointed with their service and would not recommend them to anyone.
These people are scammers and especially Sujan.
