Extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and poor customer service at this location. I was explicitly quoted $1,726 plus taxes over the phone multiple times for my vehicle's service. However, when it came time to pay, the final charge was arbitrarily inflated to $1,830 plus taxes.
When I tried to bring up this discrepancy, the staff completely dismissed my concerns and refused to listen or honor the initial verbal quote. Taking almost $2,000 for a service and then sneaking in an extra hundred dollars at the end—while refusing to communicate—is completely unprofessional. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this location to anyone looking for honest pricing.
