I had great service at Durham Autocare. Work was well done. Estimate was competitive and final invoice was as per estimate. Received good advice from Hermes. I will come back for all my auto mechanical needs from now on.

I wanted to share my experience after having my car’s transmission fluid changed recently. The whole process was impressively swift - I was out in just 30 minutes, which made things so convenient for me! One thing that stood out was how approachable the owner is. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for efficiency and friendly interaction. However, I did notice one downside: the location doesn’t seem to have any coffee shops within walking distance. If the work had taken longer, it would have been nice to have a comfortable place nearby to wait. Still, considering the quick turnaround, this wasn’t a major issue for me this time.

I was referred to Hermes at Durham Autocare by a local dealership to have rear springs in my truck fixed up.
These guys are the best. In and out in an hour and fixed my front bumper valance as well.
