Terrible Experience - came to this location for a minor slow leak repair, not only did they significantly overinflate the tire they worked on, they adjusted all tires to be overinflated from manufacturer specifications, cant even get the most basic task done right...called to let them know and I was brushed off...poor experience all around. will not return to this location or any other Kal Tire.
Took my fleet vehicle in for tires and even though several other techs took their vans in for service. And had the same experience, The guy behind the counter was clueless. Had the procedure explained every time. He couldnβt comprehend. Unbelievable incompetence in todayβs business climate. They need negative stars
