If they accepted credit cards. They have a bill-to-coin machine so bring cash. Clean. Works well. Should have timed it. $4/cycle and you can switch between rinse, soap, foam, wax....during the cycle.

Good car wash, fast and easy to use...the attendants wash wheels as you drive in. Very friendly and helpful. I use the drive through but they also have self wash, 3 or 4 stalls that are very popular!

I had a very disappointing experience today. I usually use the VIP automatic wash, but my car was especially dirty, so I decided to use the self-serve bay instead.
I inserted $6 and selected the soap option, but nothing came out. Before my time ran out, I went to the office to let the older gentleman (who I believe is the owner) know there was an issue. Instead of helping, he immediately told me I didn’t know how to use the machine—which is not true. The soap simply wasn’t working.
By the time I spoke to him, I only had about two minutes left. I asked if I could get my money back, and he refused, again insisting it was my fault.
When I said “thank you for your customer service,” he became confrontational, accused me of swearing, and then started speaking to me in a very rude and abusive manner. He even made an inappropriate comment telling me to “welcome to Canada,” which I found offensive and completely unacceptable, especially since I’ve lived here for about 40 years.
I’ve overlooked poor service here in the past, but this experience crossed the line. The lack of respect, accountability, and professionalism—along with the inappropriate remarks—was unacceptable.
I will not be returning. I strongly advise others to avoid this car wash. It’s not worth

A few days ago I went to wash my car. Even though I had 2 toonies and a loonie, the machine wouldn’t take it. Thankfully I had a 5 dollar bill. I place the bill in the machine and no change came out. When I went to speak to the manager of the building, I was disrespectfully greeted by a man, yelling, Chinese words at me. When I explained to him that the machine had taken my money. He then yelled at me and said it’s not the machine. He continue to be very disrespectful and belittling. There was another customer also waiting to make change. The Asian Man who has been yelling and being disrespectful told me I have to bring brand new bills in order to make change. It was a horrible experience and I’ve been going to this place for years. However, this was the first time I’ve ever needed change. That man had disgusting and disrespectful customer service. He needs to learn how to speak to educated customers. Warning to anyone who uses this car wash in the future. Make sure you bring plenty of change.

Nice wash. Drive up and pay. Get some high pressure cleaning before the soft brush cleaning.
