The service I received was extremely poor. The staff at the service desk was very rude and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner, and the manager demonstrated a similarly unprofessional attitude.
I also do not understand their logical. They expect customers to check the product quality before purchase, yet the item is not assembled and is sealed inside a box, making it impossible to inspect beforehand. They claim that once a customer buys the product, it becomes entirely the customer’s responsibility to ensure it works. If the package is opened, they consider it the customer’s fault and refuse any refund.
Furthermore, there is no detailed information provided on the outside of the box, and the instruction manual is inside the sealed packaging. In my case, the product was under the unassembled state. This means I have no way to review the product details or verify its condition before opening it.

No worth to visit this store again.

I don't recommend this Canadian tire auto service to anyone 🤔 not very good customer service there are better shops up the street better prices too
