I was visiting my mom in Stouffville and had an issue with a tire. Of course it was a Friday afternoon. I went to a mechanic who was recommended and they said if anyone could help me, it would be Paul at The Tire Store. Paul was amazing! He let me know the price, ordered my tires and didn’t take payment until I came back to pick up my car. I received a text when the work was done. He has said it would be Monday once the tires were delivered and he was true to his word. After I picked up my car, the low pressure warning still appeared on my dash. I thought it would reset after driving a bit. Paul called me later in the day to see if the warning was still there. It was. He said to come back in and he would take a look. The fact he took the time to call me says a lot about him and the customer service provided. I went back. He showed me how to reset the sensor and all was good. I really appreciated the exemplary customer service!!

My husband and I have been coming to the Tire Store for many years. Paul is very kind and understanding. I trust him completely with any advice he offers. I called for assistance many times and never did he turn me away.
