I am Given them a one star wish it could be zero ,for their service. I brought my My vehicle to be fixed by them a grand Cherokee, and they basically destroyed my vehicle after taking my vehicle to them to fix. I had so many other issues that developed after my visit ,brought it back Second time up on request, and the issue become greater. They put off the market parts on my vehicle instead of OME parts which I did not agreed on , I pacifically stated that I wanted original part to be place on my vehicle . The parts they put could not fit and they gave my car a batch job. The parts did not fit and it fell apart in a few days . Because of this situation My transmission was almost damaged due to the lost Fluid to transmission . Incorrect parts was place on to the vehicle , also a Mechanic who is inexperienced With that make of vehicle was placed to work on my vehicle twice.I had to take my vehicle to Woodbridge Chrysler to correct the problem they created and they are refusing to reimburse me my money that I paid to correct Their negligence .. I would never recommend anyone to go to this dealership to get their car service. They Do Not Know What They Are Doing!!!This place should be closed for good!!!!
