another excellent service on my Honda

I have taken previous vehicles to this Midas location for minor repairs and was always pleased with their work, but my recent experience with my current car was extremely frustrating.<br><br>Last year, I brought my car in for routine service and was told they could not perform transmission maintenance on Audis. A few months ago, I returned to address a specific issue and clearly outlined my concerns, including an 02 sensor problem which has been mainly causing my concerns.<br><br>What was originally estimated as a $1,500 repair turned into a $3,200 bill because they struggled to diagnose the underlying cause. It felt like a series of non-essential components were replaced rather than resolving the actual issue I brought the car in for. To make matters worse, they assured me there were no issues with the O2 sensor, yet the O2 sensor cable is completely frayed, the threading is stripped, and the engine continues to run poorly with the exact same issue persisting.<br><br>Given the inflated cost and unresolved engine problems, I cannot recommend this location for complex mechanical work or diagnostic services.

Had oil change and tire rotation, car was ready well within the hour and a half that was quoted. Price was fair and Dave the front desk person was courteous and pleasant; pointed out some things that needed attention but no pressure whatsoever . An excellent experience
