Another great experience at Wards Hilltop Automotive.<br>My temperature guage was in the red and I was losing a lot of coolant.<br>When I arrived at Ward's, they were busy but Ward managed to fit me in and resolved the issue quickly.<br>They are definitely the best at what they do. Amazing customer service. Thanks Ward!<br><br>This was my first visit to this shop and I was really impressed from the time I arrived.<br>I explained my issue to Ward who got my car in quickly for a diagnosis.<br>Once he had made a diagnosis Ward told me that he thought the problem should be looked at by a Subaru specialist and called me later in the day with a recommendation.<br>I also had an engine flush which Ward explained to me so that I was comfortable in doing the flush<br><br>The service I received and the honesty of Ward and his Team will ensure this is my go to shop from now on.<br>Scott Brown

1st time there and I was treated in a Courteously and in a timely fashion.

Had my truck in there recently and had a really good experience. From good communication with Rob at the front desk to the final explanation of the repairs by Ward. They found the source of the coolant leak (which was not obvious). Needed a special order part which normally could take days but they got it next day, worked quickly and had my truck right before shop close on Friday. They were able to get me a new water pump under my warranty which had recently expired when they could have just done the job without replacing this. I appreciate them going the extra mile. Thanks guys

Never coming here after that goof decided to come out and give me grief for parking there. He trapped me in and then didn’t even take the spot lol happy Friday bud don’t be so miserable<br><br>update: to make it even more pathetic, a coward named bruce silverson has decided to take it among himself to go to my FB company page, which by the way I don't even use this company anymore lol, comment that im a goof and put "ha ha" emojis on all my posts lol. it appears, unsurprisingly, he works here<br><br>its so so sad, get a hobby
