Had an issue with my.2009 Honda Fit. I had hoped it was a simple fix. Ie. Inexpensive but that was not to be. The tech diagnosed the problem. Explained clearly the issue and provided a quote. Extremely good communication through the process. My car was repaired earlier than initially indicated. I felt comfortable dealing with CJ. That is really what it comes down to for me, can I trust that im being treated fairly and there is no hidden issues.
