If I could give 0 stars I would! Absolutely terrible service. Made an appointment for them to come on a Tuesday at noon and they never showed. When I called they said they were running behind but they’d be there and give me a call on the way. Never called and never showed. I am a single pregnant mother who took time off work to meet with them and this is how they treat their customers! Absolutely disgusting. I was left without a vehicle and missed work for this.
Didn't show for an appointment, barely answers their phones and regularly lets their voicemail fill so you have no contact with them. When I was able to reach they said they were 'delayed' with no ETA. Never reached out for a reschedule date/time.. just fully abandoned the appointment.
They scratched my car while replacing my windshield. No accountability for it.
