Allchin Brake & Steering Service Limited

This place is a scam.. not honest. All I wanted was a simple oil change but after they stripped the threads of my oil pan, they tried blaming the oil pan and telling me I need it replaced. Scammers.

I have only used this shop for the past 10 years (including at there old location). They are always quick and very good prices. They have never been anything but honest with me unlike most other places I've heard about and I have told all my friends to go to you guys.

I brought in my to visibly inspect my brakes . They did a scan without my permission then told me I needed an alternator and a battery. The scan was no part of what I needed done . I also was charged for 2 hours labour because and without the scan only an hour work was done . Make sure you authorize the work and do not trust these guys. Another service told me for the brake inspection a scan was not necessary. I do recommend not to go there. Make sure you do it in writing for any work. The service made up their own rules and the quality of communication was zero. Who ever wrote me the email id make sure you know your facts. Someone in your shop is not telling the truth . Also going through all this realized you put the wrong mileage in the invoice. So communication and detail to attention are your weak points. Definitely a lack of attention and knowledge at this point. So creating your own work , doing work was never authorized and quoting prices for equipment not needed. Wow how are you in business. I've never had a service advisor blatantly lie to me like here. Other people knew but they have to keep there jobs. Dishonesty they got 10/10 do not trust. Said I asked for work to be done and I did not. Ruin the alchins n name.

Good job on my brakes and muffler repair. Honest service, fair pricing, and the work was done right. I appreciate the clear communication and professionalism. Highly recommend!
