Disappointed with Customer Service
I took my vehicle to this shop expecting professional service, but the customer service was quite poor. Communication was unclear, and it felt like my concerns weren’t taken seriously. I had to follow up several times to get updates, and even then, the staff seemed disinterested in helping. I hope they improve how they treat customers and handle service inquiries going forward.
