Last month I purchased all four tires from master tire shop, but I have had nothing but problems since then. The tires keep losing air, I have had multiple punctures, and today one of the tires actually blew out completely. This is very disappointing and unsafe.

When I contacted the shop, they did not take responsibility and simply told me to bring the tire in instead of properly addressing the issue. I expected better quality tires and better customer service.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Safety is very important when it comes to tires, and unfortunately I did not receive that here.

I'm not one to ever leave negative reviews, and I believe in giving a business a chance to fix their mistakes but you may want to think twice about using this company for any tire mounting service if you don't want your wheels to get damaged.

I brought 1 of my custom powder coated wheels to Master tire to have the tire patched from the inside as I had gotten a nail in it. When I picked up the wheel I noticed the inside barrel of my wheel had 4 spots with large gashes in it completely destroying the finish.

I confronted the technician who performed the patch and he blamed his machine for the damage. Apparently they use a machine that clamps from inside of the wheel barrel. What he didn't mention was that these clamps should have some sort of rubber or plastic protector on them to protect it from damaging wheels... which clearly their machine did not have.

Unfortunately because these are a 1 off custom powder coated wheel it is Impossible to just refinish 1 wheel and have it match the other 3 wheels so I requested that they have all 4 wheels re powder coated so that they can be returned to the condition I had prior to bringing to this establishment.

The owner thought that just using touch up paint and offering me a free mount and balance would be sufficient to remedy the situation. You can not simply touch up this damage with touch up paint and I would never use this place again to mount a set of tires if this is the damage they caused on my current wheel.

I got a quote from a powder coating company who also confirmed it would be impossible to match the 1 wheel with the others even if he had the exact same powder it would still look different. He quoted me $1200 + tax to refinish all 4 wheels. One of the Master tire managers called a couple days after and assured me they would take care of the situation and would confirm with me within 2 days the next steps.

After going back and forth with them it appears they now do not want to take responsibility for their mistake and are ignoring me in hopes that this will simply blow over.

I understand mistakes happen, however, as a business how you deal with your mistakes speaks volumes of your integrity and apparently there isn't any with this business. Unfortusntly I am left to deal with this through the legal system now.

Beware when using this establishment, if they damage your wheels they likely wont do anything to help you out.

Pictures attached of the Damage they caused.

* As you can see from the owners response, they seems to believe that because the damage they caused is on the inside of the wheel and not noticeable it isn't a big deal. As mentioned you can not just re paint a single wheel to fix this as there will be a slight variance in the finish leaving me with 1 mismatched wheel as I have continuously told them. They've offered to replace the wheels but I don't want another set of wheels as I paid over $1000 to have these wheels powdercoated in a custom colour (on top of the price of the wheels) this can't be fixed by simply replacing with a stock set of wheels. Only solution is to refinish all 4 in a similar finish so they all match which they refuse to do. Not to mention where the damage is could interfere with any future tire balancing as wheel weights will not be able to stick to this surface over the gouges. I've already visited the Windsor location and the employees there have no ability to help since there is no management at this location. The management is located at the Brampton location and I've spoke to this manager who isn't very helpful.
