We couldn't be happier with the overall experience from the first contact phone call to the final handshake after the equipment installation. We would highly recommend ACCS to anyone requiring heating/cooling services.
We had a great experience with the team at Absolute Comfort - from service and quotation to final installation. Service by Tyler, who was so friendly and honest (and so kind and thorough with his apprentice). Our unit needed replacing, and was quoted by Wally, who was prompt, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Lastly, the installation of a furnace, AC, and hot water tank was completed by Matt, Trevor, and Mario. The work was done quickly, quietly, and with little disruption. Everything was done as promised and exceeded our expectations. Thank you Absolute Comfort!
I have been using this company for 3 years and I’m extremely happy with their service. Their employees and very knowledgeable and take their time to explain and answer all of my questions. Most important to me was I did not feel like they were in a hurry.
Very Pleased starting with Wally who gave us the quote to Matt & his team for doing a great job- on time, friendly, good workers, patient & explained how everything worked, cleaned up after they were done. Couldn’t ask for much more! Thankyou Absolute!
Great technicians and great sales & support staff. All are polite and very professional. It’s been an outstanding experience
