Unfortunately had to put off repair of vehicle longer than hoped as it was possibly $1500 repair. As the temperatures got only colder throughout end of January and all of February I had suggested doing diagnostic to see if code was due to fault of car from the cold. As we had month long issues getting car to start when it hit -51 with windchill Tuesday February 18th we needed a tow. Glen was great in keeping in touch as I knew their entire crew including tow services would be inundated. Glen got us a tow not even 30 minutes later and felt terribly for Rob. Glen had pre ordered the battery as I figured it was part of the issue so our service time and wait to have work completed was significantly faster if instead waited to see what the problem was and go from there. Once again great service, more than reasonable rates. Thanks again Boo’s and your fabulous crew.

Perfect service

I can’t say enough good things about Boos Body Shop. I recently bought a vehicle that started giving me problems, and the place I purchased it from kept pushing back and didn’t want to properly look into the issues. It was frustrating not being taken seriously.<br>When I reached out to Boos, they actually listened. They took the time to understand what was going on and got my vehicle in as soon as possible. After inspecting it, they confirmed my concerns and found that the vehicle was not safe. They provided clear recommendations to the dealership on what needed to be fixed, and those repairs were completed.<br>While working on it, they even found another issue and again advocated for what needed to be addressed. That level of thoroughness and care really stood out to me.<br>Boos Body Shop truly takes care of their customers. I felt heard, respected, and confident that my vehicle was being handled with care and honesty.
