I have bought parts and have repair work done by Direct Auto for well over 30 years and have referred many family and friends over that time. In all the years I've dealt with them I can only recall on incident where they misdiagnosed and replaced the wrong part. It was expensive but only once in over 30 years is pretty darn good track record. Admittedly I haven't used them as much over the past couple of years mainly because we don't drive near there for to work anymore. Ain't retirement nice.

This place was great! can’t even order parts online anymore! A perfect way to totally kill a good business! I will no longer recommend!
