He was able to put together an estimate for me so quickly, professionally and even explained differences in the work I was quoted originally vs what really needed to be done.<br><br>I really appreciated that there was no pressure to do unnecessary work or spend extra money. He was honest, thorough, and genuinely seemed to care about my car and the work done. His pride for his work and his attitude towards his business/team was confident and it made this whole process even better!<br><br>He was also able to get me an appointment quickly and completed a safety inspection for my vehicle!<br>Throughout the entire process, Rob was extremely diligent and communicative, taking the time to explain everything over the phone to both me and my partner when I wasn’t available. and made sure we understood what was being done and why. That level of communication made a stressful situation so much easier.<br><br>A huge thank you as well to Tasha, who was wonderful to deal with. She coordinated everything, answered all of my questions (and there were definitely a lot!!), and kept me updated throughout the entire process. She was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful.<br><br>I’m so grateful to have found a shop where I feel like I can genuinely trust the people working on my car and the work itself.
