Birchwood BMW

Blade has been an outstanding salesperson throughout the entire process. He was extremely patient, professional, and understanding of what I was looking for without ever making me feel pressured. He took the time to understand my wants and needs, was very responsive, and worked incredibly quickly when it came to handling the paperwork. I really appreciated how he respected my decisions and made the entire car-buying experience smooth and stress-free. Blade is a great example of what a strong car salesperson should be—knowledgeable, efficient, patient, and genuinely focused on the customer. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

The service writer I dealt with was very rude... I was ready to tell her that I have no problem talking to Steve Chipman about my experience with her. Im just glad that she wasn't the one that I saw when I picked up the vehicle

The only place I take "Sheldon", my car. Thanks guys!

Carter and the service staff were delightful and very helpful in a last minute situation. They got us on our way promptly - Much appreciated.

I went in for some minor repairs and was looked after by Ashley. He made me feel very at ease throughout the entire process and was wonderful in making sure I was taken care of. His professionalism and customer service really stood out. I would highly recommend anyone who needs their car serviced or repaired to visit Birchwood BMW and ask for Ashley!
