Probably the best shop in Winnipeg. They got everything figured out after my accident and even gave me tips for my next insurance claim. It is amazing to see how much they care about making sure you are taken care of.
I’ve used this body shop 3 times now, twice for my own vehicle and once for my moms. The case with my mom’s car was not straightforward as it was an older vehicle and there were mpi miscommunications.<br>However through all hiccups, they handled it with professionalism and it was important to them that we were satisfied which is really unique in today’s society. The staff is predominantly very friendly, with some having quite direct communication styles. The cars were detailed to perfection when we picked them up, and to be honest, the only way I will ever use another body shop, is if I can’t get into this one, which could be a genuine possibility with how good they are. Well done to the crew at InterCity!

If you want your vehicle in worse shape than when it went in, this is your place. Be prepared for all the staff to tell you “it was that way when it came in” too! Nobody will connect you with the owner when you wanna call them out on their shotty work. Good luck ppl.
Customer service was 6 Stars out of 5. Kept me informed at all times and finished the work ahead of schedule. My vehicle was sparkling clean and in great shape. Would HIGHLY recommend!!
