They are excellent when you are there. Have always done a great job for me. BUT.. insert your phones!! I cant leave a message and I cant get through.. so what I need to take a cab there to ask if I can get an appointment to have my battery replaced?! I believe they are not answering intentionally because they know people are calling about their battery warranty..
