I’m very disappointed with the quality of work from the service department after my recent recall visit.
When I got my vehicle back, the front bumper was not properly attached—it was sticking out and clearly misaligned. On top of that, bolts were missing from the front wheel fender liner, which is unacceptable for a job that should have been completed carefully and checked before returning the vehicle.
I don’t have time to keep coming back again and again for something that should have been done right the first time. The technicians need to pay closer attention to their work and ensure everything is properly secured and inspected before handing the vehicle back to customers.
That said, I do want to mention that my service advisor, Jordan, was very helpful and professional throughout the process. Unfortunately, the workmanship did not match the level of service he provided.
Wow! Almost 3 hours just for an oil change! Should’ve told me before that oil change will take freakin 3 hours because you are all busy
instead of keeping your customers wait! Disappointed and never coming back again for another service!
Jordan in the service department is a professional advisor, his customer service skills are absolutely amazing.
Very disappointing experience. I visited this Honda dealership regarding a radar-sensor issue on my 2017 Honda Civic. After diagnosing the vehicle, they were aware of the problem but still recommended proceeding with the calibration.

Shortly after starting, the technician encountered a radar-aiming error, and the calibration could not be completed. Despite receiving no successful calibration, I was charged the full $528.94 and including $53.87 for unexplained “miscellaneous supplies,” and then recommended replacing the radar sensor for approximately $2,050.

Supervisor Martin said that even if they worked for only 10–20 minutes, they would still charge the full 1.5 hours. I paid for an unsuccessful service and wasted my time. Based on my experience, don’t blindly trust this dealership’s repair advice—always get a second opinion.
