My dad went here for heater issue but ended up with a way bigger issue. . They did diagnosis and found out heater blower issue and gave a quote for $750. . A day later they called saying the car won't start anymore and having some engine problem . They said they haven't done any work yet and engine probably stopped running by "Coincidence". .The only solution they suggested is to replace the engine, which obviously way more expensive. . So we went there to pay for their $110 diagnosis even though they did not fix the heater .. we decided to tow the car to another Shop. . The car heater issue was fixed and they changed the sparked plugs and guess what. . The car is back running with no further issues, and only paid $600 for everything .That being said, not sure if this guys know what they're doing or just wanna make more money. .instead of actually helping hmmmm. .
Went there for a $110 AC diagnosis, and the fee would be waived if we went ahead with the repair. They did the test, and said that there were no leaks but the system was completely empty, which i found odd, how it got empty in the first place. So they went ahead and filled the coolant without providing any quotes or pricing and brought us an almost $500 bill. We were frustrated about not getting a quote beforehand, but the AC was working so we let it go.

One week later we open the hood and find coolant sprayed all over the area where they did the service, including the battery, and no caps on either valve. We go back. Someone does a quick look, cleans the spill, puts some random caps on (not the originals), and tells us there's nothing wrong, no leaks and that the caps were useless.

A couple days after that the AC is completely dead. Third visit, and now they find a leak, the coolant we just refilled is empty again, and the fix is going to cost approximately $1,500. And again, they didn't put the valve caps back.

When I talked to the mechanic I tried to explain that I thought they likely missed the leak on the first visit. They said that it was likely wear and tear old car, 12 years old, could've happened anytime. And for some reason he kept thinking I was accusing them of damaging the AC, which wasn't what I was saying at all. I was just pointing out that the first diagnosis could have been wrong.

Came here to leave this review and saw that these kinds of coincidences seem to happen pretty often with them. Get a second opinion before going there.
They did my Woolwax undercoating on my 2010 Matrix recently, happy with the work they did, felt the pricing was very fair, seemed like great people. Looks like they do more than just detailing, I'd go back.
