This is the best Toyota dealership in Winnipeg for service. Kevin kept me updated every week during my vehicle pre‑order, and my vehicle pickup went very smoothly. He also accompanied me for my service‑department appointments afterwards. He was very patient, as my English is limited and I needed plenty of time for translation and communication.Matt from the service department is an excellent young man with a warm smile. He patiently walked me through what I needed to do and how to proceed, and made arrangements promptly. Wish this Toyota dealership every success in business! All the best to these two great young men in their work, and may everyone enjoy a wonderful life!

I bought a used car from them. The process was smooth, they shared the entire car history with me, including all the safety related repairs and all other minor details down to buffed out bumper and cabin filters. The peace of mind knowing the sales person wasn't trying to fit me into the wrong vehicle or a subpar one is worth it.

Had an overall good experience. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions. The salesman I had, Hayden, was a big part of this help. He stayed through the whole process and offered to drop off an extra set of keys I had ordered to me even after the car was paid for.<br><br>The complaints I have are that for the money I spent, the front bumper on the passenger side was notiably affected by a minor accident that didn't appear on the carfax report. I feel that at least things like this should be brought to the customer's attention whether they are on the official report or not, without them having to take it to a mechanic to find out. Also I didn't feel like I got much out of going to a dealership versus a private seller.<br><br>I would however recommend Birchwood for Hayden and the man that walked me through the features of my car. These guys really care about their jobs and customers, I would have like that feeling from the other staff.
